First, to those that have served in the US military in any capacity, THANK YOU! Without your selfless act of service, we would not be able to live as we do today.
Second, to those that are currently serving, THANK YOU! We are able to continue to live free from oppression and tyranny because of your service. Be safe and be strong!
Finally, THANK YOU to all who have been supportive of the military members and their families. With your showing of support, it makes the long deployments and stressful days, all worthwhile. Being one of the relatively few that have stepped and swore to support and defend the Constitution of the United States, this support has been vital to the success and perseverance of our troops.
So, when you are enjoying the Veteran's Day holiday this Tuesday, take the time to say THANK YOU to a veteran. Without their service and support, we wouldn't have and continue to have the freedoms we have today.

I'm saying Thank you, to you. Thank you for all that you do and have done. I love you! and I am proud to say your my husband who is in the Air Force. It sounds cheesy, but I mean it.
I'll make sure to tell myself thanks! Just kidding...
"...hundreds of thousands of G.I.s died to bring to the beginning of the 21st century the victory of democracy as the ascendant political system on the face of the earth. The G.I.s were willing to travel far away and give their lives, if necessary, to secure the rights and freedoms of others. Only a nation such as ours, based on a firm moral foundation, could make such a request of its citizens. And the G.I.s wanted nothing more than to get the job done and then return home safely. All they asked for in repayment from those they freed was the opportunity to help them become part of the world of democracy--and just enough land to bury their fallen comrades, beneath simple white crosses and Stars of David.
The volunteer G.I.s of today stand watch... We must never see them as mere hirelings, off in a corner of our society. They are our best, and we owe them our full support and our sincerest thanks."
